Srijan is a livelihood initiative by NAB Delhi. All purchases made through this website are processed by Beyond Eyes Foundation, the social enterprise of NAB Delhi. Accordingly, all payment processing, refunds, and financial transactions are managed by Beyond Eyes Foundation.

At NAB, all orders are carefully packed and quality-checked before dispatch. As our fragrances are personal-use products, all purchases made on our website are considered final. 

Refunds 

We do not offer refunds on any orders once they have been processed and shipped. 

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact our support team with your order details and clear images of the concern.

Once reviewed, we will assess the issue and take appropriate action.

Exchanges 

We do not offer exchanges on any products. Due to the nature of fragrance packaging and hygiene standards, items cannot be exchanged once dispatched.
